I know how overwhelming it can feel to juggle everything—work, family, and trying to find time for yourself. You want to make fitness a consistent part of your life, but the lack of time, energy, and clear direction keeps getting in the way.
That’s why I created TDB FIT: to help women like YOU take back control, feel confident, and finally build routines that last.
Fitness has always been a part of my life, but I’ve been where you are—feeling stuck, frustrated, and unsure where to start. As an ACE-certified personal trainer since 2020 (post-COVID) and a certified Behavior Change Specialist, I understand that true transformation isn’t just about workouts—it’s about creating a plan that fits YOUR lifestyle, addresses your challenges, and leaves you feeling empowered.
With 18 years as active-duty Navy, I’ve mastered the art of making things work with a busy schedule, and I’m here to help you do the same. This program isn’t about quick fixes or endless restrictions—it’s about finding balance, making progress, and redefining what fitness means for YOU.
